My belt on my X axis got a bad spot on it an my X travel stops when it get's to that spot. I can't afford the kit from C3d. On a fixed income, I would like find it cheaper.
Can any one tell me the size of the pulleys on an Xl.

You can find hardware info on the Shapeoko3 wiki, which has this to say about pulleys:
“GT2 pulley, 20 tooth, 6.35mm bore”
Belts are GT2, 9mm wide, 2mm pitch
