What is the difference between vcarve and advanced vcarve?

Just had a quick question between the 2 vcarves I’m kind of new to carbide create.

Good info on them in the CC tutorial:

Skip to 3:42 to see the sections on vcarve vs advanced vcarve.

The short of this is that V carving goes down the center of the geometry, while Advanced V carving cuts around the perimeter and has an option for pocket clearing with a second tool.

Left to right, all on the same size rectangle:

  • VCarve
  • VCarve where the depth is too small
  • Advanced VCarve (no clearing bit)
  • Advanced VCarve + clearing bit.
