BTW are most of the bolt holes on Z back plate (where rails are mounted) supposed to be bolt less? I’ve only 3 bolts, 2 on left (top and bottom), 1 on right(top only).
Have you contacted support? And yes, that is a wiper. It should not be separated like that though.
Raise your Z axis and/or lower to see if you can get to the bolts that hold the the bearing blocks on the linear rails. On a Z axis with v-wheels you have to loosen the lower eccentrics and some times remove them to get (v-wheels) the Z axis off on a Z-Plus and/or HDZ for SO3 and SO4 machines. I am sure support will help you get this disassembled. I will bet that the Z is held on with bolts through to the bearings. You will likely have to remove the spindle but it will be heavy when you get it loose.
