I can take more pictures of the 0,0 with after using the BitZero to show, the 0,0 of the top-left corner is definitely not off when the material is clamped, the the bit has been set using the pin and BitZero. I would be more inclined to think that may be an issue if I haven’t already produced over a thousand pieces using this same method, and am only now experiencing different results.
@WillAdams, I see you are still following this thread. Is there anyone at Carbide 3D I can talk to for technical support on this issue? My business is literally dead in the water right now, and it doesn’t appear the solution is going to be found in the forums.
