Where to find license?

I just renewed my Carbide Create Pro license and received an email with the receipt for the order. But no license was sent. I placed the order with my business email instead of my personal, so since the first subscription was placed with my personal email, I wouldn’t expect Carbide Create software to automatically renew. However, what I do expect is for there to be a license code provided with the order. I’ve checked spam folders, nothing. I created a new my.carbide3d.com account using my business email, but it says no purchases have been made.

Is it just me or does Carbide 3D’s website feel like it was designed in the 1990’s. Seriously needs an update.

How do I find the license code in their maze of multiple website domains and nonsensical account profiles? This is seriously infuriating.

Edit: after an hour of screwing around with it I managed to find it. Apparently the shop.carbide3d.com account is not the same as the my.carbide3d.com account. Cause that makes sense. Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe provide a link in your order confirmation email to locate the license. Just a thought.

Please check your email receipt for your license as described in this video.

If not you might have to check in with support@carbide3d.com

I appreciate the response. I was able to locate it in the my.carbide3d.com account. I had to create a new account because I used a different email than with my first order. I was confused because I was logging into the shop.carbide3d.com account with ue new email to look for the license. Why there are two separate account profiles for the same company is beyond me. …including the license in the order email, or a simple link to where it’s located, would have saved me an hour of searching for it. They seriously need to rethink their entire website and account system. It feels like it’s from 1997.
