I’ve been using Carbide Create V853. When started today it open with white screen and on the bar on top is says [NewFile] - Carbide Create Core, Build 853, but none of the menu items. Just a white screen.
Usually this is caused by some difficulty with the video driver.
Start by doing the usual computer troubleshooting techniques:
- reboot
- check for updates
- shutdown
- restart
- verify that there are no pending updates
Also check to see if the video card drive can be manually updated.
