Whiteside 6210 Spoilboard surfacing speeds and feeds

Advice please !

I have a Whiteside 6210 1" carbide tipped Spoilboard Surfacing router bit. I am adding it as a new tool in Carbide Create - but I cannot find anywhere (including Whitesides web site) what the recommended numbers should be for :
Depth Per Pass ?
Stepover 0.45in
Feedrate ?
Plungerate ?
RPM ?

Can anyone suggest these figures? I want to use it for the MDF spoilboard but also for Hard Woods

Thanks!

That’s a large endmill, so you’ll want to move reasonably quickly, and at a suitable RPM.

This endmill is mentioned at:

Usually plunge rate is half the feed rate.

Test in a piece of scrap first.
