Hello everyone, im not great at this but im not new. All the sudden any time i try to cut a circle i get a cut that looks like this. Please help.
What model machine do you have?
This is almost certainly a mechanical problem. If it is belt drive, check the set screws on the pulleys (2 screws, both tight, one over the flat of the motor shaft). If ball-screw, check the couplers.
If you have a belt drive, mark the pulleys like so:
If the lines no longer line up, you’ll know something is loose.

3 xxl ill do the marker trick as soon as i get back in town. Thanks!
Possible causes:
- pulley set screws as noted above
- belt tension — check per the instructions and:
- toolpaths — reduce tooling engagement where possible and avoid cutting slots and leave a roughing clearance and take a finishing pass
