Why do I get different times for the same tool paths?

I have created 4 tool paths for flattening my project stock. On the first tool path I start at top of stock and remove 0.004". The 2nd tool path I start at 0.004" and go to 0.008". The 3rd I start at 0.008" and go to 0.012". On the 4th and last tool path I start at 0.012" and go to 0.016" These tool paths all cut from left to right otherwise I get tearing of stock. I have 4 tool paths set so that I can stop after the stock is completely flat. If it only takes 2 passes, I’m done. Can someone explain it to me?

It’s probably rounding based on number of passes.

For

Flattening Project Contour Toolpath 1

you have:

and

since the Depth per Pass and Max Depth are the same, there is the possibility of making two passes, depending on how these compare to the total depth of the project — if you increase the Depth per Pass to greater than the Max Depth you will be certain of only one pass.

Thanks William, I figured that it had to be something simple. I changed it to 0.050" and now all are at 5 minutes.
