...wires on x limit switch connectors are backwards

It would appear that the wires are backwards in the cable on the x limit switch.
black, red, blue to blue, red, black, also my z limit switch is on constantly as well… also switched wires but at limit switch, Anybody seen this? can’t home the machine.
