wolf stipple on black walnut slab. Slab was leveled stained, epoxy clear coated then stippled then white paint in the holes and wiped off excess,

Very nice project. That must have taken a while to machine. I love black walnut. I had a bunch of it but my supply is running out. The good news is they have black walnut in East Texas so I am hoping to get more. The thing about living in East Texas is I am surrounded by trees. I am in a turning club and one of the folks that shows up has a tree cutting service and he brings us wood all the time. I have not bought wood for a long time.
Looks very cool! How did you design the stipple effect? Was it an image that was already stippled, imported and then traced?

I’m also curious about the stipple. What software did you use to create the stipple? Was this done with a flat mill pockjeting the holes?
file was an Etsy and was machined with a 60deg vbit
