Writing on a surface with a Pen like "hello World"

I have been asked to put some text on some Corrugated Plastic Sheet using a marker.
Exactly like the tutorial “Hello World”. Is there a tutorial for Carbide Create on this. The file at the end of the tutorial is already in Gcode. Wondering how to get the pin to just lightly mark the paper? Is this accomplished when the all X,Y&Z is set to 0 zeros?

When I go to tool path, what do I pick for a tool?

Is there another video showing this in CC?
