I used the machine 2 days ago but today when I tried to initialize the machine the x and y axis didn’t move. I disconnected the power and restarted the machine and still nothing happened. I checked the connections and everything looks fine. Any suggestions.

I called Support when I finally realized that one of my motors quit working. They took me through several process steps, switched out motors, then agreed that it was bad. They were a great help.
But, I told them they should consider having an on-machine tester so people could make a quick analysis of whatever MAY be wrong when the system doesn’t work.
