I wasn’t getting a reliable limit switch detection on SO Pro XXL. But I found that if I remove the bottom bolt holding the switch to the frame and then rotate it, it works 100%. Thought I would share. Pic attached
you might check how you have that belt threaded through the clip…
I had the same problem. After determining the limit switch was not making a good connection with the router assembly do to poor gapping, I decided to shim the limit switch. I used a plastic receptacle spacer that you can find at one of your local big box stores. If you look there are two tabs that stick up. The spacing is exactly the same spacing as the limit switch bolt holes. I used a razer blade to cut these tabs off and drill out the spacer with a 7/64 drill bit.
Once that was done, I install the spacer behind the limit switch and adjusted as far left as it would go. And there you go…perfection! Works every time.
