Shapeoko pro 2xxl, w/spindle
I’m cutting 4 inch circles, load my file, initialize the machine,I set my x,y,z, start, the spindle moves to a position @ 4 inches both x & y off center, z position is good. I’ve shut everthing down, let it set, reboot and do the same procedure with the same results, what am I forgetting or doing wrong? Ran the same program last week and made 20 circles with no issues.

My first though is, Does the XY origin in your drawing match the XY origin on the machine?
Post the design file!
Something like this is almost always a mismatch between the design file and the ‘mental model’ of the project.
