I was running a quick surface on a 5in x 5in block today when I noticed that the x and Y position of the spindle were off about .5 inches to the right and .5 inched forward of the center of the block.

I have checked all of my couplers to see if any were loose but found co play in the ball screws.
I am new to this so any advice anyone can give would be helpful.
