Y Axis Limit Trigger Needed?

I just assembled my Shapeoko XL machine, and have one part left over. I can’t find any information on the “Y Axis Limit Trigger” location. Is it needed? Overall, the instructions for assembly were excellent, just this minor issue. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Yes, it was not included or mentioned anywhere in the instructions, but you need to screw it into the remaining hole on the outside of the x-axis gantry end plate on the Y-right side.
