I’ve noticed that my machine cuts slightly deeper further back on the same toolpath. After some experimentation, I’ve found that it will cut 0.015 inches deeper only 4 inches further back on the y axis.
I do plan on eventually purchasing the aluminum waste board which might fix this issue. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this in the time being?
I have checked the screws and feet, as well as tightened the belts, and the little holes on the motors. (which fixed a slipping issue, but not the slope) That said I will be double checking everything, but I’m sure there’s something I’m missing, if anyone has any ideas they would be very appreciated.
