The next project coming out of the YDT shops is a mini router table. I cut parts for a laptop arm (more on that later) to mount on the CNC table over the weekend and found I need a small router table to mount a trim router. So off to Fusion. Results below.
General dimensions are: Base - 12(H) x 14(W), Top - 16x16
Then to Carbide Create Pro
Logo will be completed on the laser. Stock is a 2’x4’x3/4" plywood.I’ll post more when I get started cutting on Friday.
Finished the mini router table today.
You can just see the fence in the background of the first photo. Need to let the glue dry and print the dust collection hood. Looking forward to putting it to use.
Turned out really nice. A small trim router can do wonders on job sites when needed. I would round off the table top corners, plywood corners can be sharper than you think, don’t ask me how I know….
