Z Axis gap between the stepper motor and coupler in 5pro machine

Hi everyone,

does anyone know how I can fix this issue on z Axis of Shapepoko 5Pro? there is a gap between the coupler and the stepper motor mount on the z Axis, which causes noise and also causing the whole z axis drop to about 0.2" .
the first pic is when is it gapped and the second pic when I push it up to close the gap.

I had this issue when first installing an HDZ upgraded Z axis on my S3. The answer given to me was that the coupler should be set on the stepper motor shaft so that the space underneath the coupler should equal the amount of space above the coupler.
