My Z axis plate is shaking. Which is causing my router to shake when cutting. We have removed the plate and tightened everything. We have noticed that the wheels seem to be to far apart from the tracks ( you can spin the wheels while they are on the track without the z axis moving with it). I hope this makes sense. Anyone know what might be happening?
With the same problem I found one wheel had broken. New ones are on the way.

It sounds like you need to adjust and tighten the eccentric nuts on Z axis. The Z wheels should not be spinning freely. This video shows how to tighten eccentrics, it covers the X and Y axes but the same principle applies for the Z axis.The assembly instructions are a little bit light on that topic, but check the “X/Z assembly” section where they show this:
