Hi, I am using Carbide Create V6, the stock thickness of my project is .896 inches as measured by digital calipers. When I do the conversion to millimeters it converts to 22.7584 millimeters. I am using Carbide Motion build 618. When I move the zero tool into place and use the Jog feature to double check my stock thickness it only comes to 13.647 millimeters. Am I missing something? Shouldn’t it be 22.7584 mm? My Z drive is the HDZ conversion.
Check your machine configuration - did you select the right Z axis for your machine? Your numbers are suspiciously close to the ratio of steps for the HDZ and the Z Plus.

I believe that worked.
The configuration on my version of motion was set to mm. I changed it to inches and ran a small piece. It looks to be good now.
