Zeroing with BitZero v2

Do we need to account for the bit diameter when using the bitzero v2?

For example.

Let’s say I wanted a pocket that starts exactly .5"x.5" in on the workpiece (think maybe a cutting board juice groove). If I put in the straight 1/8 bit that comes with the v2 and zero on my workpiece corner… should I really be placing that pocket at 0.375"x0.375"?

No, the measurement is invariant of the tool diameter since it is done to 4 points on the hole which has its center at the corner.
