3D digitizing solution for Carbide 3d CNC routers

I am looking for a 3D digitizing solution for Carbide 3d CNC routers that can utilize a touch probe. I want to scan and digitize flat panels with cutouts and mount locations.

Interestingly, for reasonable size holes, the BitZero v2 probing routine should allow finding the center.
