Adding machine in Fusion 360

Hello,
I would appreciate your support.
In Fusion 360, under the ‘manufacture’ module, I could not add my machine / router.
Can you please help me?

Also; the Shapeoko 3 XXL is an XYZ machine, not a YXZ machine, correct?

There’s not a huge benefit from doing the whole machine model thing that I’ve been able to see. There’s a short thread about trying it out here

Just to get Fusion 360 CAM working and driving your Shapeoko, when you do the post select the Post processor “Carbide 3D (Grbl)” and in your machining setups just operation type “Milling”

Here’s another relevant thread. I completely agree with @LiamN…there’s not much of a practical reason, that I can see, to bother with the machine definitions. (Though I’d love to hear otherwise)
Are you just trying to generate gcode?

Fusion360 Machine definitions revisited

Not sure it was worth it, but I’ll sleep better tonight. [SO3XL_Sim] [SO3XL_Sim2] Model HERE. Not sure yet if all of the Machine Config comes with it. I just used the generic machineSimulation post. I did not bother with updating the one I actually use. I’ll evaluate the potential value of this later.
