Anyway to make it show a point cutter bit

Carbide Create will support any tool of a supported geometry which is correctly entered:

• Square
• Ball nose
• V

There are also “Engravers” (#501 and #502 and a quite acute Amana V endmill), but for some reason M.C. Etchers are entered as Square endmills.

I believe the usual terminology for the tool you are describing is “Roundover”, please see:

These are usually used in routers for decorative effects in wood: https://www.whitesiderouterbits.com/products/1570 but they are potentially useful for joinery: They are also useful for rounding off parts to allow rotary motion as for a hinged lid.
