BitRunner V2 is Available

I received the PCB today. I ordered the one w/o enclosure. When I removed the old PCB there was someting a heat sink like paste. The new PCB have a blue stripe. Should I clean the old paste and remove the blue stripe from the new PCB?

Clean up the old thermal paste, leave the blue stripe (which is a heat transfer material) — write in to support@carbide3d.com for further details.

by the by, this just popped up in my YT feed

The Bitrunner will be inside an enclosure I’m making myself. I need a way to affix it inside and think about drilling through the 4 screws in the back and use 5mm screws to fix it. Before I proceed I’m asking, will it void the warranty?

That would void the warranty. I’d take a look at VHB tape, which should let you attach it to any bracket or panel you’d like to make. Just be sure to clean the surfaces with alcohol before using the tape.
