BitZero consistently off on Z axis

BitZero worked fine for the last few weeks, but I about trashed my hybrid table because I am finding the BitZero Z axis is off. Setting the Z zero too low. I can set the Z myself and the X and Y with the BitZero seem to work fine. Ant ideas?

How are you probing?

Note that there are two positions as noted at:

The V1 and V2 BitZero are different heights and different ways to set X Y and Z zero. Make sure you have selected the v1 or v2 BitZero. Additionally during configuration the HDZ and Z-Plus have different steps per MM so make sure you have selected the correct Z. The HDZ has a bearing at the bottom of the Ball screw and the Z-Plus has a stud with a hole in it. Picking the wrong Z will make you cut more shallow or deeper than you expect depending on what you have and what you selected.

Oddly enough, now that i am double checking the x,y,z axises it seems fine again. I am hoping I just did something to mess it up, but not sure what. Will continue to monitor. Thanks for all the replies.
