Bitzero error!?

When i try to probe after setting my spindle in the initial hole, it does fine but instead of landing on the surface of the bitzero itself it moves towards the outwards of the bitzero which isn’t suppose to do that and error 5 occurs. Anyone know a solution?

Did you configure for a v2 BitZero?

Yes i configured for a v2 bit zero it keeps going out out of the circle and not landing in the middle of the platform just the position of the image i showed you at the end

Does probing for one axis at a time work? (you’ll need to reposition to probe for Z)

Yes it works, thank you Will Adams for the probing situation big Ups to you. I also had to receive a configuration setting from one of the carbide employee to register on my machine setting since I reconfigured it on UGS on accident (I’m a beginner) and error has been constantly popping up. Without the help from the community and you I would be lost I appreciate it once again.
