Bug in CC 729: Background Image lost

I think I found a “feature” in CC Build 729. I use the 64-Bit Build with Windows 10.
Here are the steps:

  • Add a background picture to the project
  • Scale the picture
  • Save the project
  • Close CC
  • Open CC again
  • Load the project
    → Scaling is still there but rounded, picture is missing

For scaling I need: 0.08455 but CC alway round to 0.085

BTW: It would be great if CC can load automatic a default project with all the predefined settings
