With Carbide Motion available for the Raspberry Pi, running CAD/CAM on the rpi might be of interest to some folks.
Since it’s essentially a Linux machine, most if not all of the opensource options should work, with FreeCAD (the top result for that is an out-dated page — apparently newer builds work w/ Python 3 w/ 0.19 specifically being recommended) and LibreCAD ( https://www.3dnpd.com/2d-cad-tools-for-a-raspberry-pi-3-with-raspbian/ ) both specifically noted as running as well as Inkscape presumably.
Curious what folks had found to try and how it was working out — hoping CADquery will work out myself.
