I am using Cabide Create 764 build for the first time, and I see that it won’t export just the g-codes without being pro. Will carbide motion take C2D file? New at doing this
If you want to use a non carbide machine you have to pay for pro in order to export G-code now. They didn’t like how many other Chinese made machines (not that the shapeoko isn’t mostly) taking their work for free and potentially touting it as theirs.
But I have a shapeoko 3 xxl. will that take the c2d file then?
Absolutely it will. You make your plans, create your toolpath, save the file as the carbide create filetype and then open it on the computer you run carbide motion on and send it.
