I will note that I do almost all of my work in Carbide Create on a hybrid device, a convertible w/ touch screen and stylus, and the UI is well-suited to that:
select tools using left hand
draw using the stylus in right hand
while drawing, also use left hand for keyboard modifiers
but I’ve been using/buying stylus-equipped devices since using a Koala Pad attached to a Commodore 64, through buying an NCR-3125 running Go Corp.'s PenPoint (which paired w/ a NeXT Cube was the high-water mark of computer interface elegance and consistency — fortunately this device was donated to the Smithsonian along w/ a bunch of reference material by the guy I sold it to) — sadly, neither Fujitsu nor Samsung are making replacements for my two favourite devices (Fujitsu Stylistic ST-4110 and Samsung Galaxy Book 12 respectively), so these days I use a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 (which I was so concerned about being discontinued, I panic-bought a spare — fortunately this device is now on its 3rd iteration (for folks who can put up w/ Windows 11 and AI)) and can strongly endorse the Book 5 Pro 360:
I found that one, but was hoping there was a “secret shortcut” to some of those create vector tools (unless I’m totally blind and it’s there…wouldn’t be the first time I’ve missed something right in front of me…ask my wife!). Ah well, maybe a suggestion for an added feature.
