Can someone point me to the setting, so this simple toolpath cuts in a single 1/8" pass?

Specifically you want “Depth per Pass” which is a tool setting, so edit the toolpath:
Edit the Tool
If need be, select a suitable tool/material.
Select Tool
then change the Depth per Pass to a setting appropriate to the tool you are using, the material you are cutting, the torque of the spindle, and the rigidity of the machine
