You should be able to log into Launchpad and view the licenses you’ve been issued there.

In the bottom right, you’ll see a link to view the file where you can save or view it. @Julien has previously posted instructions , above, which are:

Open Carbide Create, click “Help” then click “Register” and paste the trial registration into the window.

Close and reopen Carbide Create and you’re done!

I went trough the same troubles as a lot of people have stated above. I had to register on the launchpad site with an EMAIL address and a password. The community credentials do not work. After I got registered I got a quick email reply to gmail account.
Many internet systems are being overloaded by all the people at home. It seems that if you were able to log in to the launchpad site you will eventually get the license in email. I saved the text file and had it emailed to me. I put the license in my CC and then upgraded to 4.62 and the Pro license transferred without having to reinstall it.
I saw that youtube.com will be sending video in a lower resolution unless you pick HD. People are bored and are watching a lot of videos and streaming content making our networks straining at the seams.
Patience is hard to come by in the midst of the current crisis. I went to Lowes last night and was by an employee helping someone. A lady down the isle was complaining that no one was helping her. The Lowes employee told her he would be right with her as soon as he finished with the person he was waiting on. The lady yelled back well I am a customer too. I think people are a little on edge and since I did not know the lady I would assume that two months ago she would have just said ok and waited. Try and give a little extra care and patience with people during this time.

Now to test CC against the big guns of Aspire, Artcam, Sketchup and F360! (also use Solidworks but no licence on this machine)

I found the system worked straight away.
I was first confused thinking the system you log in to is the same system as this one (where we are commenting). But it is a different account and credentials to this community site. It is totally separate and for me required a brand new account with a different password. If you’ve never logged a bug or licensed software from C3D before you’ll need to sign up first.
