Colorcore v bit issue

Evening everyone- I’ve recently been cutting some colorcore and really struggling with the 60* v bit (302). The 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16 flat milling bits I’ve got figured, but the 60* has me stuck. 150 ipm, and 20,000rpm is what I keep seeing as the norm. I’ve tried slowing down and speeding up both, but can’t find the sweet spot. I’ve attached two pics to show what I keep ending up with.
