There’s also the matter of customers being willing to work with us — we’ve asked repeatedly that this issue be pursued via support@carbide3d.com — since then I’ve escalated this internally and @Luke has contacted Peter directly. We want to get Peter up and running and feel it’s best to close this thread as well and ask that anyone who has concerns regarding the functioning of their machine in this context contact us via e-mail at support@carbide3d.com
