Converting topological maps to Carbide Create

Anyone have a surefire method for converting USGS topological maps to a format that can be read and manipulated in Carbide Create?

I should have clarified - I just want to 2D model. Still need Carbide Create Pro?

For 2D, no Pro is not necessary.

You’ll just need to get or convert to a DXF or SVG.
