Cutting strands issue

Hey guys, I’m trying to cut color core with a 32nd bit, and although it cuts, it takes longer to scrape the hair ( for lack of a better term ) out of the grooves than it did to cut the freaking thing. Any Ideas? Had a good vac but the hairs are still partially connected.

I tried reducing the step over dramatically, running a new cut, seems like this is the answer thanks guys
