What CAM tool are you using?

I was successful in similar plate using the (very conservative) feeds and speeds in Carbide Create w/ coated single flute tooling:

Making a mounting plate for mine: [WIN_20210307_21_55_21_Pro] Almost got it centered, and aside from that and the two “test” holes the cut went fine — hopefully it fits as well as the acrylic test cut did.
