It’s some ninja flex you I bought like 2 years ago.
Is the 95a vs 85a a designation of the filament flexibility? I’ll have to check when I get home.

Ninja flex is 85a, I think. It’s the softer, more flexible variety.
The color of my green filament was too perfect, so I couldn’t help myself. It will all be printed in the green color, and I’ll add a special model just for fun.
This should mesh well with the laughing bobble head of Gandalf, as soon as I find the STL…
So I have an update on this:
I printed the above file, and it worked magically. couple things to note:
Here’s some pictures:
I found the weight wasn’t really needed, but the cup served as a good place to store the cap while running, and it fit my tape measure well enough to squeeze some extra ink out while the pen was kind of drying out!
Yes, I found the sharpie bled to much for the project I had at the time so I put a ball point pen in and it worked quite well.
I expect the sharpie would be good for larger poster sized projects. Maybe dial back on the zero as well.
I have not tried the fine point sharpies. They would be a lot more precise, but may be a lot more delicate as well.
Bleeding or wicking is actually a problem with the paper rather than the pen.
So spray the paper with shellac first
Ha! Shellac wouldn’t be a bad idea. I have like 100’ of this paper, so I’ll need to figure out a different material for stuff I might sell or send to people.
But, it would be good to get an idea for full size prototyping your cut paths before cutting.
to your point, @CullenS, those fine point sharpies, I don’t think would work, at least not on the bigger jobs. The ink flow isn’t fast enough. Maybe for really fine intricate work, it’d do well. if anyone wants the STL files for this, or the solidworks files, Let me know. I’ll package it all up and send it over.
