I am downloading a file, for my son who’s professor said to use a CNC for his final project, and it is his design but it shows up as two lines. Carbide motion sets it to have two cutting lines. I need just the outside line. Is there a way to delete the inside line?

Which toolpath was assigned?
Is the geometry showing as magenta or black? (when on the Default layer)
What file format was used to import the geometry? DXF or SVG?
If you select the line with an upward drag-select do you get one object or two?
So, I used a PNG file that I traced from his architectural software. I think I need it to be a solid object instead of just a line. That should fix it I think. Maybe the simplest thing to do. What do you think? And thanks for the help.
