Is there a limit to how many times one can edit a post in the customer forum during the 30 days it remains open? I have a post that has been edited 3 times and am unable to make a small additional edit and am still inside the 30 days. I can only see history of post and edits made.
Hi Will, can you let me know why I am not able to make an edit Colibri kinetic art sculpture project that I posted on Dec. 17, 2024. It’s still within the 30 days.
Not sure. Post is open, so it should be editable.
I seem to be able to edit, so let me know what changes you’d like to make and we can look into how to handle that.
I am locked out of the post that I am referring to. Can I please have it unlocked? When placing my cursor over the trash can for this post, the photo shown says I don’t even have permission to delete this post if I wanted to let alone be able to edit it.
At this point I would like to delete it and repost it with the edited update. So please have it unlocked. Not sure why it is locked in the first place.
Please make a new post and let us know about it, then we will move all the responses to it and delete the original — will that work?
