Enough to run CM?

Is this a good option to run CM so I don’t have to drag my laptop out to the garage?

According to:

https://cpu-benchmark.org/cpu/intel-celeron-n4020c/

it has a 64-bit CPU, which is good future-proofing/is a requirement for newer versions: Carbide Motion Beta Downloads

However, it does not meet the Screen Display minimum requirement:

Screen Display: 1280 x 1024

I did use older versions with this size display okay, but for newer versions there is at a minimum some scrolling, and the possibility that some windows will not work right.

Thank you. That is what I needed to know. I saw some recommendations for the Fusion 5. Would this one work?

Still falls short of pixel dimensions (though by less):

Display Resolution Maximum 1920*1200 Pixels

CPU is listed as:

CPU Model Number N series

w/ Quad Core

and this site doesn’t indicate 32- or 64-bit:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/processor-numbers.html

nor does this product page:

and moreover, the screen there is described as:

Resolution 1920 x 1080

(which is the effective resolution when the default screen scaling is applied)

For more on that see:

Thanks Will. The search continues. Been busy getting my 5pro put together and wiring a dedicated circuit for everything. I appreciate your input.

I run CM on the prior version (only 4 GB ram rather than 8), I like it but I see the specs on CM have bumped up to 8 GB RAM. Still seems to run ok, but if you are purchasing new get more RAM…it’s cheap.

I believe the one you linked to has the Upgraded Intel N4120CPU, which is Quad core
This is the companies web page.

It also looks like they have another similar tablet with an N100 processor

As to the 32 bit vs 64 bit, apparently WIN11 only exists in a 64 bit version.

Does Windows 11 exist in both bit versions (32 and also 64 bit) ??? - Microsoft Q&A(32-and

Thanks John. Very useful information.

Went ahead and bought this one. Seems to meet the requirements.
