Hello,
I’m having a heck of a time finding Corner Rounding End Mills with 1/4" shank.
Anyone know of a manufacturer that sells/provides these?
Most interested in 1/16" radius rounded corner.
Thank you
cheu

I use bits and bits for most of mine. Delivered fairly quickly and have lasted a long time without issues.*

but they are potentially useful for joinery:
They are also useful for rounding off parts to allow rotary motion as for a hinged lid.
Unfortunately, Carbide Create does not support this endmill geometry — but using the new support for previewing a V endmill when used in a No Offset Contour toolpath, it should be possible to preview them w/ confidence by stacking a series o…

I use the ones from IDC but he doesn’t have a 1/16” one.
This set of pointed tip 2 rounding bits contains a 1/8" round over bit and a 1/4" round over bit, both with 1/4" shanks for CNC routers.
The IDC Woodcraft brand rounding bit (a.k.a. round over bit, rounding bit, radius bit) is designed to simplify...

The ones I have (which are not the ones I linked to) the bearings come off.

I have a few with bearings and I remove them as well prior to using on the CNC.
