Tried to make a Puck in a box. Maybe tomorrow I will have more luck.
Shimming did not work. HF vise tomorrow.
Edit:
I will have a “loose puck” on the final cut. I will be supporting the bottom, with tape for lateral support. Got it.

You could build the model in Blender
I built the model in Onshape, used Fusion for the CAM paths.
The issue was the work holding, and still is.
After 3 more tries with a POS HF vise, the project is on hold until my new Saunder Machine works fixture plate and vise show up.
