Without giving away what you feel may be anything proprietary, would you mind sharing an overview of the workflow and vise setups for the CAM programming for creating something like the mirror arms?
I love the fact you are able to create shapes with what I thought with my limited 2 dimensional mind and Shapeoko would require a multi-axis CNC lol.
The creative use of fixtures will allow one to make pretty much anything (part geometry allowing).

I’ll gather some files to share, Winston’s links are good, I’ve found it’s a matter of deciding what you can do within the CAM setup to drive consistency. With the HDM, I cut some small 4.4mm ID with 5.3mm OD parts this week that came out perfect first run… that’s less than a .5mm wall thickness!
