Heightmap no longer visible in latest version of Carbide Create

Just found something interesting when I opened an old topographic file I created a year ago in the latest version of Carbide Create, the heightmap is totally missing from the viewer/toolpaths. I checked all my older files where I did topo milling and the same behavior is seen in all of them. The stock settings and types of toolpaths are present, but the 3D heightmap data is totally gone.

I went back and opened the file in an older version of create (773 I think) and the heightmap data was present and accounted for as I would expect. Is this a known bug with later versions of create?

As noted in the announcement:

https://carbide3d.com/blog/create-v8/

Files from prior versions will not load 3D components in V8. There were too many changes to the internal format for the new capabilities of 3D, and there was no good way to map existing 3D components into V8.

Thanks Will, I didn’t realize that I made them in the older version, but now I can stop panicking that I won’t be able to modify them again, I’ll just hold onto the older version until I’ve recreated them in v8.
