Heightmapping Workpiece on Shapeoko Pro?

I just bought a Shapeoko Pro and only realized after it arrived that I should’ve made sure I had everything figured out for this first. So on my X-Carve (also GRBL based) I am able to use Candle (formerly grblControl) and a touch probe wired to the touch probe pin on the Arduino (pin 6 I believe) to heightmap a workpiece’s surface, and then offset G-code coordinates to conform to the heightmap. This is especially useful for V-carving warped boards, and practically indispensable at times.

I am assuming that because the Shapeoko Pro is also GRBL based that I can drive it using Candle as well, but where/how should I wire my touch probe? Is the BitSetter or the BitZero on pin 6, and therefore where I should plug into, or will I need to figure out something else?

Thanks!

Carbide Motion does not have this feature.

Thank you! That appears to confirm that I’ll be able to continue with my existing workflow.
