Hello world not working

We had machine working previously but have not been able to get the zero process to work again. Even got a bitzero v2 and still does not work. It is never on the paper we are trying to use. Attempting to go back to basics and run hello world. We zeroed the pen. Ran the hello world and pen does not reach down to paper.

If you are having trouble getting the pen to touch the paper then jog down close to the paper. Then just use the smaller increments to jog the Z down until your pen touches the paper and a few thousands more. Then set your Z zero and try to run your hello world. The BitSetter will likely not work too well because pens have a flexible tip and by the time the pen tip squashes down you would likely bee too high to actually write on the paper.
